Ensure they have rights to any content, logos, images, or materials supplied
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Dently Studios.
3. Payments & Fees
All fees are communicated and agreed upon before work begins
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused services or restricted access to deliverables
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables
Dently Studios retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, and materials not selected or paid for
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
5. Third-Party Services
We may use or integrate third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., hosting, analytics, CMS tools). Dently Studios is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.
6. No Guaranteed Results
While we apply industry best practices, Dently Studios does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
Increased revenue
Lead volume
Search engine rankings
Conversion rates
Performance depends on many external factors beyond our control.
7. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed per project scope. Requests outside the original scope may incur additional fees and require a revised timeline.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. In such cases:
Work completed up to termination remains billable
No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work
9. Limitation of Liability
Dently Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
